These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iptvaustralia.co and the IPTV services provided by IPTV Australia. By using our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
IPTV Australia provides IPTV middleware and streaming services to authorised subscribers in Australia. We do not own or distribute the underlying content; we provide technical access to publicly available streaming feeds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted under Australian law to enter into binding agreements in order to use our services.
3. Account & Login Credentials
Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Sharing or reselling credentials without authorisation may result in termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell access without an approved reseller package
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt our servers
- Use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are payable in advance. Prices are listed in AUD where applicable and may change with notice. All subscriptions are non-transferable.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, ISP issues, or factors outside our control.
7. Content & Copyright
IPTV Australia does not host or store any media content. We are an intermediary technical provider. Users are responsible for ensuring their consumption complies with local laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms without refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
